Refund Policy – Digital Products

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital software products, FreedomUSB is delivered instantly after purchase and cannot be returned. For this reason, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue preventing the software from functioning as described, please contact support at support@freedomusb.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

  • The product was not delivered, or

  • The software is proven to be non-functional and support is unable to resolve the issue
