These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FreedomUSB software product (“Product”) provided by FreedomUSB (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Product

FreedomUSB is a locally run artificial intelligence software designed to assist with general informational and productivity tasks. You agree to use the Product only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Product to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations

  • Harm, threaten, harass, exploit, or abuse others

  • Generate or promote content intended to facilitate illegal activities

  • Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights

  • Attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or exploit the software beyond its intended purpose

You are solely responsible for how you use the Product and for any outputs generated through your use.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your use of the Product

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

  • You will independently verify any information or output generated by the Product before relying on it

FreedomUSB does not monitor or control how users interact with the Product once it is installed on a user’s device.

4. AI Limitations and Accuracy

The Product uses artificial intelligence technology which may generate incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.

You understand and agree that:

  • Outputs generated by the Product are provided for informational purposes only

  • The Product does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice

  • You should not rely on the Product as a sole source of truth for important decisions

Use of the Product is at your own risk.

5. No Warranties

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy or reliability of outputs

We do not guarantee that the Product will meet your expectations or operate without interruption or error.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreedomUSB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of business or profits

  • Personal or third-party damages arising from use of the Product

Your use of the Product is entirely at your own risk.

7. Digital Product and Refund Policy

FreedomUSB is a digital software product delivered instantly after purchase.

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once the Product has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law or in cases where the Product is demonstrably non-functional and cannot be resolved through support.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Product if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
